Welding Electrode Drying Oven
The Oven Employs Multi pass Technique & Operates at the temperature of 150ºc.
The Hot Air flow Path is so designed that the temperature increases gradually from top to bottom.
The Casting used for descending the level of the Electrode is designed in such a way that the Flux material on the electrode shall not be scraped/scratched & also the transition should be smooth.
Ash Conditioner
Ash handling jacketed screw conveyor with duly hard faced flights used to handle 350-400 Deg. C Ash. Attached with ater sprinklers to lower the ash dusting.
